I clicked on the web site of Lending Tree. http://www.lendingtree.com/?esourceid=149&source=149&partner=Overture&wcw=overture They refer me to Diversified Mortgage Services Emily Standard 1-886-500-3389 x12 is her number. She stated I was fully approved.

Then I contact Ron Fillion of Ocean View Int’l Realty Inc. He stated I need to give a $15,000 deposit which is fully refundable if the finance does not go thru.

Every week I called Diversified to ask about the loan, she kept saying relax everything is alright.

After 90 days I called Diversified and she stated they do not finance Condo hotels because of its high risks. I stated the Condo hotel I wanted to purchase is a 5 star hotel build in 2001.

Too make a long story short I called Ron Fillion 1-866-765-3297 and cell 305 742 3435 and he stated he would get my deposit back. A week later I called and he says I need a lawyer to get my deposit back.

Presently I have my lawyer working on getting my deposit back..

Has anyone else ever had horror stories about real estate transaction from realtors?

Has anyone any Ideas how I can legally get my money without me actually bashing some one head in with a wooden baseball bat? I like wooden bats because they make a neat cracking sound as the bat strikes an object.

Thank you for taking the time to read this ongoing horror story. If you call any of the people and mention hey what about the $15,000 deposit refund they would immediate know who I am."
